Terms & Conditions

1. All taxes including the service tax will be charged extra as relevant.
2. Freight & Cartage will be charged extra as applicable.
3. The tent size referenced may change/differ according to requirements at the venue.
4. Temporary Connection / Diesel Cost paid by the customer before the Event (Cost excluded in Package).
5. Booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the payment in advance.
6. Payments : (To be made in Cash / DD / A/c payee check for the sake of The Wedding Basket.
   1. 25% of the total estimated amount as development at the season of Booking.
   2. 65% of the total estimated amount before 1 month of the occasion date.
   3. 10% of the total estimated amount on the occasion date (before beginning the occasion
7. Any change in the Event / Program / Menu ought to be informed in writing / by e-mail 30 days before the event date. Prudence to accommodate such changes lies exclusively with The Wedding Basket.
8. Scope of work, including food material, exceeding the minimum guaranteed level will be charged extra.
9. The Wedding Basket won’t be subject to any interruption or disturbance/cancellation in the event/program due to Natural Disasters / Riots / Fire/ Flood / Cyclone / Curfew etc.
10. Any misfortune or harm directly by the gathering or by any temporary worker connected by the gathering will be balanced from the refundable security store. 11. Seasonal natural products, vegetables or different perishables are liable to accessibility.
12. Any extra administration/merchandise requested will be charged extra as material.

14. Visiting charges and consultation charges are payable i.e. ₹10,000 (in City) and ₹25,000 (out of the city anywhere in the U.P.)
15. GST as applicable and payable by guest (excluding the total amount).
16. A token amount of 25% is non-refundable.
17. If services are cancelled or changed by the guest due to any reason after 1 month from the date of booking, then the guest is liable to pay 100% of the amount of that service.

Cancellation Policy

1. All duties including the administration assessment will be charged extra as relevant.
2. Notice of wiping out must be recorded as a hard copy to The Wedding Basket.
3. Within 7 days after the development sum is paid, if occasion dropped by the gathering, at that point you will be qualified for half of the all-out paid less any provider wiping out charges.
4. Within 15 days after the development sum is paid, on the off chance that occasion is dropped by the gathering, at that point you will be qualified for 20% of the complete paid less any provider undoing charges.
5. Following 15 days, if the occasion is dropped by the gathering, at that point, you will not be qualified to get back any of the all-out paid less any provider wiping out charges.
6. An exacting crossing-out approach will apply to every single other administration.

8. No amount is refundable on cancellation/postponement of the event by guest out of any situation, tragedy or mishappening.
9. No amount will be adjusted on cancellation/postponement of the event before 15 days of the event day.
